Key Responsibilities
Manage the team for specific geography or industry including assignment of deals, reviewing and overseeing the execution and monitoring progress
Lead and manage end-to-end authoring of winning responses for large, medium and small deals across relevant industry across geographies
Lead the Proposal Strategy and Priorities design, manage proposal building milestones and reviews
Lead the Storyboarding, put together differentiations based on win themes
Articulate and contextualize responses effectively by taking inputs from subject matter experts and SAs
Lead the preparation for Orals, client meetings, sales pursuits preparation and story building for client visits
Professional Experience
Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 10 years of strong experience in end-to-end presales/ proposal development across technologies
Should have managed multiple deals valued at $10 Mn and above
Expertise in at least two industries
Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/ Near-shore/Off-shore etc.) and pricing constructs
Good understanding primarily of Application Outsourcing and/or System Integration projects
Should have led teams of 5 or more members in the presales function
Technical Experience
Cross-technology experience desirable
Good understanding of SDLC, hands-on project delivery experience preferred
Experience on software technologies such SAP, Oracle, SalesForce or similar, would be preferred
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science), MBAs preferred.
Certification in Shipley Proposal Management, Design Thinking and APMP will be preferred
