Graduate Job Description: To managing the team of dealers
and would be working for the development and growth. To be Responsible for
achieving business targets set for self and of dealer mapped to him for the
respective year. To inculcate the culture and values in the word and spirit and
should make all efforts to support the growth of brand image. To cross sell
products such as Mutual Funds / IPOs / Debt are available to branch and efforts
should be made to market all products irrespective of weightage in goal sheet
or Incentive Policy. To ensure that Systematic Trading Approach and Margin
Collections are supervised at micro level. As we are in Clientele Business,
Customer Delight should be top most priority of Branch Manager, Relationship
Manager and the staff. As an Organization, our endeavor should be to comply
with all guidelines / rules issued from various authorities from time to time.
Lapses on any of the compliance which warrants any penalty to Organization
would be seen seriously. To be a role model for implementation of all
Organizational Policies and practices. In case any query / complaint or
grievance is reported at branch, it would be mandatory to report the same to
the concerned authorities including your manager without any delay. This also
applies to issues that are already resolved between branch staff and client.
Timely updates of client’s email, Mobile, Address, Aadhaar & other details
to avoid client suspension. Daily 2 meeting with clients & 1 Product add is
compulsory (New KYC, OnlineKYC, Lifetime, JA, Margin,MF, SIP, EQSIP, Portfolio
Reshuffle etc) Any complaints / grievance raised by client need to be settled
amicably. However on investigation if it is found that such grievance was due
to lapse on part of RM or dealers; it shall be the reason for disciplinary
actions, as the organization think fit so.
All recruitment needs of corporate clients will be covered by us. We cater to the recruitment needs of corporate firms whether they are at senior, middle or junior level. We also cater to the job requirements of individual candidates whether they are fresh candidates or experienced ones. They may belong to skilled, semi-skilled or unskilled worker categories.
We also take up small job services such as Data Entry Operations, Liaison with different agencies on behalf of the corporate clients. We also facilitate individuals to get short term employment / part-time jobs which can be done from their locations.
We also provide personal Insurance services to our clients.
