Real estate Sales Head perform various duties, tasks, and responsibilities as shown in the job description example below: Supporting and helping build successful sales ManagerGenerating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a propertyManaging a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coachingRecruiting Sales personnel to increase size and salesAssisting in negotiations between buyers and sellersResponding to sales personnel questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planningShowing properties to potential buyersTeaching weekly training classes (live or virtual)Setting individual sales targets with the sales teamPreparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transactionHiring and training staffPlanning and directing sales team trainingWorking on sales scripts with teamMeeting with clients and maintaining client relationshipsTracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reportingEnsuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properlyStaying informed on real estate industryControlling expenses and monitoring budgets.
