Job Description

We are seeking a competent Sales Executive to market these services on a commission-only basis and manage customer relationships. You will act as a liaison between commercial building owners and their tax professionals. You should act proactively to uncover clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to end. You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion and preservation of your customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.


Responsibilities


  • Create a personal business plan to facilitate the attainment of your goals

  • Unearth new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing the deal

  • Present and sell our services to prospective clients and their tax professionals

  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer's’ satisfaction

  • Maintain contact with your clients to increase customer retention and the preservation of your client base


Requirements


  • Knowledge of marketing, sales, and negotiating principles

  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • A business acumen

  • Enthusiasm, passion and a burning desire to achieve your goals

Cost Segregation Services, Inc. is a tax and engineering consulting firm. We give commercial building owners access to two very specific tax deductions that require an engineering calculation. The first deduction is called a Cost Segregation study and the second is the proper application of the Tangible Property Regulations. We charge a fee for these services.
