Sales Rep - Medical Device / Disposables - CA - 27083972

The Company currently offer over 25,000 different healthcare products in three major categories:

1. Surgical & Acute Care
2. Orthopedics, Patient Protection, & Rehabilitation
3. Wound Care


In order to service an ever-expanding customer base, this company has built one of the most vertically integrated companies in the medical business. Every business unit of the company shares the same dedication to customer service. They firmly believe that service levels must always exceed expectations so that their customers, can concentrate on the very important business of caring for patients.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual revenue target selling sell medical disposables, orthopedic soft-goods to primarily Hospitals- ICU, CCU, ER, OR, Materials Management and IDNs (Sutter and Kaiser) 90% hospital sales 10% physician office based.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good team player. Support your peers in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and value mutual success.  


Requirements:

  • Qualified candidates should have prior sales experience, preferably with medical product sales, as well as experience using copiers, business machines, and computers.
  • To qualify, you must have a BS degree, or a combination of education and experience, or equivalent experience in medical sales,
  • A willingness to travel, and a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Computer experience and the ability to produce Excel spreadsheets, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, and a working knowledge of the Internet required.
  • Fun to be around, Personable!
  • Must be able to prospect - through cold calling, networking & lead follow-up.

Base Salary:  $60,000.00 - DOE + Company Car

On-Target-Earnings:  $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 (NO Cap) + Full Expenses + Great Benefits + + Upward Mobility

Locations: East or South Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Etc.)

Travel: 30%
