The client likes to hire candidates with companies like: Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, ADP, Ceridian, Zenefits, Paychex, or Copier Sales. in their background. If you have sold for any of these companies or their competitors, we would like to speak with you!

Position Overview:


The Sales Reps for these 9 expansion territories will be responsible for sales in organizations with 1 - 500 employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual revenue target selling HCM / Payroll Software solutions.
  • Professionally introduce and represent the company to prospects, customers and partners.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Establish the company in a new large sales territory
  • Prospect, qualify and close sales opportunities to companies wit 1 - 500 employees
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good team player. Support your peers in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success.


Requirements:

  • Must be great at cold-calling, high energy, and a natural closer.
  • 2 - 8 years of outside sales in HCM/Payroll with 1-2 President Club awards or equivalent.
  • ONLY seeking candidates with HCM experience (either current or prior job)
  • NOT INTERESTED IN "BANK CENTRIC", "CPA CENTRIC" OR "CLIENT CENTRIC". SPECIFICALLY SEEKING THE SMALL BUSINESS REPS WHO ARE SELF GENERATING THEIR LEADS VS WAITING FOR REFERRALS


Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 (DOE) + $500/ mo Car Allowance

On-Target-Earnings:  $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 (NO Cap) + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility
