Job Description
Sales support manger provides administrative assistance to Transcom sales department, doing
everything from proposal management / logistical duties helping make a sale and to present
Transcom as a partner of choice!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Logistics and Coordination

Preparing for Client visit
  •  Accommodations
  •  Transportation
Site Preparation
  • Instruct Security to do PCI check
  • Instruct Facility for site cleanliness
  • Pastries and refreshment
  • Boardroom preparation
Internal stakeholders preparation
  • Communicate with various department that will be involve/presenting during the visit
  • Collate presentation slides for the visit
  • Schedule a site visit preparation meeting with stakeholders if needed
  • Finish deck presentation for client visit

Tracking of Sales Pipeline report
Maintain Team-Drive (Google) access
Answer queries from clients / potential clients / other Transcom regions
Coordinate with stakeholders for Bid no Bid (BNB) meetings
Responsible for D&B QAT financial check for new opportunities
File Tandim for invoices occurred from sales activities
Research and development (competitive analysis)
  • Competitors activities in the market
RFI / RFP development
SOW / MSA preparation
Calling potential customers – (marketing of Transcom Philippines)
  • Sending literature, case study to potential customers
Providing operational data to sales manager

Ad-hoc duties

Project management
HR Support
Transcom Cares coordinator
Campaign launch preparation
Company event coordinator

Job Specifications (Qualifications, Skills and Experience)

Educational Background:
  • University degree or equivalent higher qualification
Work Experience:
  • Sales experience
  • BPO Experience
  • Cold calling
  • Power Point / Excel knowledge / Word
Skills Requirements:

  • Trustworthiness
  • Sales report and opportunities management
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work as part of a team and at the same time able to work without supervision
  • Good organisation skills,
  • Good communication skills (written and oral),
  • Ability to use own initiative, an ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
