Proactively support the growth of the direct to consumer
(D2C) call center as a Salesforce developer and administrator. Develop
customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical
business functions and meet project objectives, call center requirements and
company goals. Serve as the technical expert on projects focused on Salesforce.
Play the architect role for systems integrations and custom development in
Salesforce. Collaborate with web development teams to design and implement
integrations between web journeys and the call center.
1. Design Salesforce interfaces, code against the Salesforce
API, and design the Salesforce data model to meet D2C business needs.
2. Provide system administration support of internal and
customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized
applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
3. Respond to requests for Salesforce assistance from the
call center and ensure any Salesforce issues resulting in downtime are resolved
as quickly as possible.
4. Author functional design and configuration specification
deliverables based on internal customer’s business requirements.
5. Communicate with project managers, clients and other
developers to design project strategies and ensure effective collaboration
throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
6. Manage release and sandbox usage planning, metadata and data
migration, environment comparisons and version control.
7. Comply to coding standards for performance, ease of
maintenance, scalability and application security.
8. Efficiently and proactively identify data discrepancies
and advocate for data quality and integrity.
9. Stay current on emerging digital analytics technologies
Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related
technical field or equivalent practical experience.
•Salesforce development including Salesforce Custom
Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web
Services and migration tools.
as a Salesforce Administrator and knowledge of customizing Salesforce
with the Salesforce Lightning Design System and creating components.
with Salesforce REST API integrations and development.
Developer (Dev 401) certification highly desired with other Salesforce
certifications (i.e.: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales
Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)
knowledge of Salesforce release and change management process.
understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines.
leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
written and verbal communication skills.
in all aspects of Salesforce.
with databases and writing SQL queries to access data.
