Senior Agile Coach (Agile Manager)

Munich (willing to travel)

Main tasks

  • Independent implementation of projects at our customers
  • Development of long-term customer relationships
  • Participation in all presales / business development and sales activities (offer preparation, .)
  • Advising clients on the design of agile organizations
  • Accompanying organizational transformations
  • Establishing an agile mindset in companies  Structure and Further development of agile teams
  • Implementation of Scrum and other agile frameworks / methods at the customer, also in a scaled environment Organization, control and optimization of the "Scrum Process"
  • Moderation of Scrum Events / Meetings / Workshops
  • Training of customers and internal employees in agile procedures


  • University degree in economics, (business) engineering, business informatics, computer science, psychology or similar.


  • Has been working in a Scrum role for at least 4 years (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer)
  • At least two certifications (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer, CSP or other certifications in any scaling frameworks)
  • Reliable knowledge, experience and operational readiness in areas such as change management or a specialist field such as Software Development, Enterprise Architecture Management, Business Process Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Business Intelligence, ....

Required knowledge

  • Knowledge & Application Experience of Agile Agile Framewoks (Scrum, Scrum Scaling Frameworks such as LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, ... or Extreme Programming)
  • Knowledge and application experience of methods such as: Kanban, estimation method and basic IT understanding
  • Good knowledge of the software development cycle
  • Very good knowledge Collaboration tools such as: Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in change management
  • Relevant coaching experience
  • Initial experience with DevOps
  • Good experience in organizing and conducting workshops

Desirable knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of tools and methods of software development and deployment (Continiuous Integration, test automation)
  • Good knowledge & experience with DevOps organizations, processes / tools
  • Completed coaching training
  • Completed change management training

  • Motivation to spread agile approaches and mindset to the customer
  • Motivation to work with people and teams
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written (German, English)
