Handle recruitment for Middle and Senior level positions
Sourcing and Screening of CV's through various Sources, job-portals, social networks
Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the client's requirement
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Must have experience in handing a team of 5-6 IT Recruiters.
Monitoring and tracking team day to day performance
Coaching and training new & existing Manpower.
Motivating the Recruiters in getting the work done in a short time span.
Meeting the SLAs and the expected quality and quantity within the minimum TAT as per company parity
Must have good knowledge of IT Skills
Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, organized, presentable & soft spoken.
Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation
Strong decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS office
