You will lead and mentor a small team within a specific task or projectYou will be responsible for processes, KPIs, and communication within the projectYou will identify process changes that lead to efficient operations and sets the processes for the benefit of the team, ensuring process alignment and team mentoringYou will also have hands- on work as an analyst whenever required, guiding and assisting teams in problem resolution, providing technical coaching, mentoring, and knowledge managementYou will guide team to resolve technical issues, come up with new ideas, and enhance processes as required for bill audits, running maps, service desk ticketsYou will guide and assist team to identify and analyze production issues, track recurring issues, identify ways to prevent them, or suggest a permanent fi
