JD of Social Media Marketing Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagementto the website. Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels. Contribute & Create to the company blog on a weekly basis. Assist with social media performance reports. Engage with social media users, clients & industry professionals and respond to any mentions over LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest Responsible for writing/managing blog content and creating engaging, creative social media posts. Working on company owned website, clients and social media profiles. Regular updating content on FB, Twitter and Instagram. Understanding analytics and implementing strategies based on analytics, augmenting social community and applying analytics for business development. Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiencesbehaviors. Select appealing images and videos to complement text Update our social media pages with compelling company news Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g., for events, open roles and product releases) Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversionrates) Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions andcompetitions Qualifications Proven experience in Social Media Marketing skills Good computer skills of Microsoft Office Designing apps Proficiency in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new customers/Clients. Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video) Should be MBA (Marketing)/ BE/B.Tech from reputed college.
