  • Overall management of social media properties:
    • Curation and/or creation of content for expansion of reach and audience engagement for brand awareness and employee sourcing purposes
    • Analytics reporting
    • Community management for fan/follower growth
    • Preparation and execution of online advertising initiatives
  • Monitoring and reporting of competitor activity in print, news, online and social media
  • Support in online communications,  art direction and/or creation of copy for collaterals
  • Ensure adherence of departments to global branding guidelines in their internal and external projects
  • Coordination with other departments for execution of tactical internal and external online campaigns and projects
  • Assistance in drafting, editing, and sending of company communications to employees, including but not limited to corporate blog posts, articles, and announcements
  • Support in all activities and projects of the branding team
  • Documentation and archiving of the projects of branding team

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a four year college degree, preferably Communications, Marketing, or any related course.
  • Above average skills in writing and verbal communication
  • Digital Advertising background is required
  • One year related work experience in communications, preferably digital marketing
  • Knowledge of key social media platforms and user behaviour
  • Must be able to present portfolio of written work, such as blog, published work, etc.
  • Outgoing, pro-active, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Has analytical mind and can process industry information to benefit corporate leadership
