Sr. Manager Growth Marketing and Media Planning

We are looking for a Growth Marketing and Media Planning professional who has expertise in traditional and digital media planning, and ownership towards end-to-end lead generation campaigns for an B2B Saas Edtech client based out of Mumbai. Qualification / Experience required: MBA from a premier institute is preferred 8+ years of experienced in demand generation roles with B2B Edtech/SaaS product companies Exposure in Media Planning/Execution (Minimum 2 to 4 years). Good knowledge of Lead Generation campaigns, ATL (Print, Outdoor, TV), Digital (SEM, Display, WhatsApp Marketing), Email campaigns. Proficiency in creating MIS reports using Google Sheets/Excel Helping communicate our vision and mission He / She will be responsible for all tasks (Its an Individual contributor role) and reporting to Head of MarketingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Growth Marketing Proficiency in competition analysis The Growth Marketing Specialist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating lead generation project, leading effective growth marketing strategies, MIS reporting on planned and current strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. Lead the demand generation engines using various marketing activities- TV, Print, events, webinar, SEO, Digital marketing, etc. to drive the top of the funnel Good Knowledge of marketing automation tools to help marketing / sales teams find and nurture the best leads, close more deals, and maximize ROI. You will play a pivotal role in growing our business, customer base, and improving our top line. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Knowledge of Analytic tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Pardot etc Creativity and commercial awareness Co-own the leads pipeline generation for the organizationKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Media Planning Strategic media planning across all pillars Traditional like TV, Outdoor and Digital. Exposure in Media Planning/Execution +(Minimum 2 to 4 years) Research on latest media planning tools and interactive trends for effective lead generation campaigns. Experience in Media planning (Handling minimum annual 10 crs budget would be an added advantage) Campaign Management and Optimization - Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue Ensure month on month delivery on key Digital KPIs i.e. revenue, website visits, making sure of best utilization of media budgets throughout the year from an ROI perspective. Manage the quarterly & yearly marketing budgets Handling agency relationship. Preparing annual digital strategies, setting media and business goals Contribute to new business presentations and analysis through insights, media plans, and innovations. Meet with stakeholders (internal / external) to understand new upcoming trends and new technology advancements and how we can use them in our planning process. Knowledge and application of media systems, planning concepts (reach, frequency, average OTS, CPRP, GRPs, etc.) packages and data bases Experience with syndicated software like BARC, IRS, MAP, RAM, ComScore and TGInterested individuals can reach out to with their latest resume.
