Job Description :
 
-Personal visit to the subject site for home loans and prepare report briefing.
-Valuation of the property being financed. 

-Collection and verification of technical documents like construction estimates, layout plans etc. 
- Technical evaluation of  group housing projects. 
- Monitoring disbursed files/states of construction and recommending further disbursement.
