Jade Global is looking for a Sales Leader –
Managed Services. This role is a VP/Senior Director level position with full Sales responsibility to be based preferably in the San Francisco Bay
Area. Company is looking to grow this business to $50M in 2020 from its current
annual revenue of $12M. This position will require 75% travel to customers
throughout the country, as needed.
Position Overview: The Managed Services sales Leader is
responsible for building and operating the end-to-end business related to
application management services & infrastructure management services
included management and support of On-Premise and Cloud hosted Applications,
Data Base Services, Help Desk Services, Command Center Operations and other
related businesses. This position is responsible for defining competitive
solution offerings, working with inside sales/marketing to generate leads and close
new business, and working with delivery to provide escalating value to existing
and new clients. Individuals in this function should have extensive experience
in application management consulting, large-scale managed services, global
delivery, business strategy, and expertise in competitive sales engagements,
positioning, winning and delivering large multi-year Application Outsourcing.
Drive and support the development of a sales pipeline
sufficient to meet business growth targets. Review proposals to ensure alignment
with business capabilities, quality of content, and conformance to methods and
practices of Jade Global. Develop and/or review Statements of Work and
other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence. Provide sales team
support and leadership for solutions. Assist sales staff with solutions sales,
client interactions, and present capabilities to client audience. Participate
in demand generation strategies for the business. Develop and manage cost
estimation tools. Validate that closed contracts & change requests are
Participate in Bi-weekly Pipeline calls to validate the
pipeline for the business. Take action plan to improve pipeline in concert with
sales and peer sales Leaders. Manage forecasting and reporting. Manage Backlog
Forecasting/Sales Margin entry and accuracy working with the Sales/Delivery Leaders. Review Margin Trending and Variance Reports for lessons learned
and delivery improvement opportunities. Monitor Margin Variance and revenue
shortfall reporting for compliance and action plan execution. Review consolidated business forecasts with Business Unit leader.
Degree: BS in Engineering/Computer Science required; MS/MBA
Experience in Management Services Business: 15+ years (ideally
Certifications: PMP, ITIL highly preferred
Offshore Project Experience: 5+ years
Sales or Sales Support Experience: 10+ years
Leadership: 5+ years in a managed services leadership role
Must have managed a $30M Managed Services P&L per Annum,
ideally $40-$50M MS P&L per Annum.
Able to work with C levels.
