Roles and Responsibilities:
- To being responsible for digital media and print media sales
- To handle sales team, and guide them to achieve team target
- To prepare an overall sales strategy and must ensure its proper execution in all the level of sales
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and researching and analyzing sales options.
- Should be ready to be responsible for the performance of the sales team
- Being ensure on-time submission of proposals and tracking for the closure of the sale by the team
- Meet personal and team sales targets consistently
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and output reports
- Provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, delivery schedules, techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in advertising plan and strategy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Prepare a final report of the team by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models
Desired Candidate Profile:
At least 10 years of experience in the Digital and Print media sector
Must be target oriented person
Must have an existing database of clients from previous professional experience
Candidates from Print media/ Ad-agency will be preferred
Candidates from institutional Advertisement sales will be preferred
