Western Regional Sales Manager - OB/GYN Device - 27082444


Our client is looking for a Sales Leader to hire, coach, mentor and motivate a Team in the West that sells women's health devices to OB/GYNs. The Western Regional Manager will manage approximately 10 Reps in the West.  Initial expected travel is 4 nights per week during launch and training.


The client likes to hire candidates with companies like: Hologic, Bayer, Conceptus, or any  of the Breast Biopsy Companies. If you have sold for any of these companies or their competitors, we would like to speak with you!

Position Overview:


The Western Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving an annual revenue target, providing accurate business forecasts, professionally representing the company in the market and maintaining a high level of satisfaction with customers and partners. This is a Team Leader role!


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual revenue target with your team.
  • Professionally introduce and represent the company to OB/GYN prospects.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Establish the company in a large sales territory
  • Assist and train Sales Reps in prospecting, qualifying and closing sales opportunities
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good team leader. Support your peers in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success.  


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Sales experience
  • OB/GYN Experience a MUST
  • OB/GYN In-office Sales Preferred
  • Experience Coaching and Managing Distributors/ 1099 Reps a PLUS
  • 1st Choice: 2+ Years Proven Sales Management Experience
  • 2nd Choice: Will consider OB/GYN Rep with Prior Management or Current Field Training or Management Training Exp.  


Base Salary: $140,000.00 - $145,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings:  $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 (NO Cap) + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility

Locations: Any City in Western State

Geography Covered:  AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA

Travel: 70%
